He was born in 1969 in Elazığ.
He graduated from Tunceli Commercial High School in 1985.
In the same year, he started to study medicine in Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty and graduated in 1991.
In 2000, he completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital.
In 2000-2007, at Bornova Traffic Hospital,
In 2007-2011, he worked as an ENT specialist in İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital.
He has been working at Urla State Hospital since 2011.

He was born on 02/04/1979 in Beyşehir.
He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English) in 1997-2004.
2005-2010 Completed Specialization in Otorhinolaryngology at Katip Çelebi University Training and Research Hospital.
2011-2013 In Sirnak State Hospital,
2013-2015 In the Manisa Salihli Hospital,
2016-2017 He worked in İzmir Çeşme State Hospital.
As of 2018, he has been working in Urla State Hospital.
Op.Dr Gülce GÜRSAN
He was born in 1982 in Erzurum.
He attended primary, middle and high school in İzmir.
He completed Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2002-2008.
She completed her residency in Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology between 2009-2014.
Between 2014-2018 he completed his compulsory service in Amasya Merzifon Kara Mustafa Paşa State Hospital.
He has been working at Urla State Hospital since 2018.
