Patient Rights

Anyone who applies to a health care facility to receive health care;

• General utilization of services: to benefit from health promotion activities and preventive health services within the framework of the principles of fairness and fairness,
• Access to services in equality: To receive services without taking into account race, language, religion and sect, gender, political thought, philosophical belief and economic and social conditions,
• Informing: To learn all kinds of services and facilities,
• Selecting and changing the organization: Selecting and changing the health institution and taking advantage of the health services provided at the health institution it has selected,
• Recognition, selection and modification of personnel: To learn, select and change the identities, duties and titles of physicians and other personnel who provide and provide health services,
• Request information: To request all kinds of information related to health status orally and in writing,
• Privacy: To provide all kinds of health services in an environment suitable for privacy,

PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

A. General Responsibilities
1. People should do their utmost to pay attention to their own health and follow the advice given for a healthy life.
2. A person can donate blood or donate organ if appropriate.
3. In simple cases, people should perform their care.

B. Social Security Status
1. Patient; it has to inform timely the changes in health, social security and personal information.
2. Patient; The health certificate (such as Bağ-Kur, Green Card) must have a visa on time.

C. Informing Health Workers
In 1.Has; he / she should give complete, complete complaints about his / her complaints, previous diseases, any treatment in hospital, and the medications and health information he / she currently uses.

D. Compliance with Hospital Rules
