Anyone who applies to a health care facility to receive health care;

PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

A. General Responsibilities
1. People should do their utmost to pay attention to their own health and follow the advice given for a healthy life.
2. A person can donate blood or donate organ if appropriate.
3. In simple cases, people should perform their care.

B. Social Security Status
1. Patient; it has to inform timely the changes in health, social security and personal information.
2. Patient; The health certificate (such as Bağ-Kur, Green Card) must have a visa on time.

C. Informing Health Workers
